Non-Domestic EPCs Provide the occupier with recommendations on how to best improve the energy efficiency of their property. We have been producing Non-Domestic EPCs for over 10 years, working with a multitude of clients across various industries in the UK.

Once issued, Non-Domestic EPCs are valid for 10 years.

Important Notice: Since 1 April 2023, all commercial buildings must be certified with an Asset Rating of “E” or better. Faliure to comply with these new regulations may result in a fine.
